Mr. Stein has been, since 2001, a founding principal of Fidelis Capital, an SEC registered investment advisor advising private investment funds making direct equity investments in private companies. In this capacity, he has served on the boards of numerous private companies. Mr. Stein also is a co-founder and the Chairman of IntraMicron, Inc. Mr. Stein served on the boards of Wise Metals Group from 2008 to 2014 and of Golden Enterprises from 2010 to 2016. Additionally, Mr. Stein served for over 20 years as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Raycom Media. Mr. Stein received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, an MBA from Auburn University at Montgomery, and a BS in Business Administration from Auburn University. Mr. Stein has been selected to serve on our board of directors due to his extensive financial advisory and governance experience.
